    • A 220/110/22kV substation in Duy Tiên with an initial capacity of 1x250MVA, expandable to 2x250MVA by 2040
    • Exclusive capacity for the industrial park: 45MVA
  • Wastewater Treatment:
    • Independent wastewater treatment system with a capacity of 6,800 m³/day, expandable to 12,500 m³/day
  • Rainwater Drainage:
    • Completely separate drainage system, divided into zones connected to various pumping stations such as Chợ Lương, Điệp Sơn, Tiên Lạc, Tràng Bộ, Bược, and Châu Sơn

V. Social Infrastructure

The Duy Tiên New Urban Area spans approximately 300 hectares, with 145 hectares developed by Taseco Land. It is located north of Taseco Đồng Văn 3 Industrial Park.
